"I have been using SleepTracker for about a year and love it. I found the best result from the watch is to find out how restless your sleep is. Then you can determine the cause with a little expermentation. What did you eat or drink or what was your state of mind before going to bed (stress)? Maybe you took a nap during the day. You can learn what to do and what not to do during your daily routine to help get a good sound sleep. Also I noticed that when I slept with only one or two almost awake times all through the night I felt tired all the next day. Usually I am fighting off a cold. When I feel my best I average around 30-35 minutes on Data A and feel great the next day. Everyone has different sleep patterns and we sleep at different times of the day depending on our jobs. This watch will help you to find out how to get the best quality sleep."
